Building Permit
Requirements
- 1 Certified True Copy of Transfer Certificate of Title (T.C.T.)
- 2 Photocopy of Tax Declaration
- 2 Photocopy of Current Tax Receipt/Lot Plan
- 6 sets of Plans signed and sealed by a duly Licensed Architect or Civil Engineer/ Master Electrician in case of electrical plans by a duly licensed Sanitary Engineer/ Master Plumber in case of Sanitary Plumbing plans.
- 6 sets of Specifications signed and sealed by the Architect or Civil Engineer.
- 6 sets of Structural Design Computation signed and sealed by the Civil Engineer.
- Fire Station (For Approval Plan)
- 6 sets of Bill of Materials signed and sealed by the Architect or Civil Engineer.
- Zoning Permit (to be secured from the Municipal Planning and Development Office)
- Logbook/Authorization of Owner
- Barangay Clearance
- Xerox copy of Valid PRC I.D. (PTR 2013)
- DOLE Clearance
- Home Owner Clearance
